Bathroom Fusion

Becareful when purchasing from Bathroom Fusion. We purchased a mirror online and arranged to collect. On collection we were not advised the mirror had no screws or anything to hang it up. We paid approximately R1800 for 1.2 meter mirror.After delivering it to the construction company building our house, they informed us nothing was sent with the mirror to install. We then called Ryno who told us to come and collect the screws. My husband then went back to Bathroom Fusion and Ryno takes out screws from his pocket and says this was in the box. Note we were not supplied with a box. He gave us two random screws for a 1.2 meter mirror and said he has no idea how to put it up. After an argument he then called the supplier and said maybe we should stick it to the wall with the glue builders sell. This became so ridiculous. Especially considering they are selling you an expensive mirror. After a further argument they agreed to exchange the mirror. My husband had to then go and collect on another day.Becareful when dealing with Ryno he is rude and has no idea what he is selling. We will never buy anything from them again and regret choosing to buy a mirror from them.

Its OK- Lots of high end products- tho they do have other ranges too. The best person by far to speak to there is Chez. Exceptional service and shes very knowledgeable. She went the extra mile for us.

Great showroom with so much variety. Staff are very knowledgeable. They sell the greatest mirrors I have ever seen with anti fog and integrated LED's.
