Blue Star Cleaning Service

I was a little bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but decided to give ahead with using Blue Star Carpet Cleaning service. I phoned Nicolas and he was very quick to arrange a cleaning service (on the same day!) with his team. Two guys who came to clean the carpets were very professional, efficient and did a really great job. All the stains from our carpeted floor were removed and the rooms smelled fresh few days later. It did take 2 days for the carpets to fully dry, but it feels reasonable taking into consideration the weather and air circulation in our house. Overall, had a great first experience using them!

Found them through an online ad. I needed a 2x3m rug cleaned. First impressions were already terrible as they arrived over an hour late! There wasn't proper communication or an apology provided. The cleaning was completed but I noted that the rug was still damp and smelt bad the next day. No instructions were given on how long it would take to dry or whether we needed to dry it ourselves. 4 days later and it has finally dried but there is still a musty sick smell. Yuck. No professionalism shown and I didn't even get a follow up call. Would not recommend.

Carpets and upholstery were still wet 2 full days later. Upholstery had the feeling of soap on the material and a bit sticky.Very friendly but not great value for money.
