Also bought books for my son and was happy with their service.......keep up the good work.

*I only clicked a star because I had no choice*I bought a bible last Saturday(27 January 2018) and realized on Sunday that the bible was of poor quality; the print was skew and the pages were badly trimmed that some of the text was cut off. Yesterday(31 January 2018) I went to exchange it for a good one but could not get anything close to the price.So when I eventually decided to request for my refund, the lady told me she'll give me a voucher instead of money because they don''t do cash refunds. I refused because I don't live anywhere close to the bookshop and will not be returning there soon plus they do not have what I want. I had been in the store for well over 45 minutes; had to pick a few bibles and get the price scanned because they do not have prices on their books. So you can imagine the tedious exercise of going back&forth JUST to get a price.I asked to see the manager because it didn't make sense that I can't get my money back, they don't even have a return policy anywhere to back up that nonsense. The lady told me the manager is in a meeting, to which I said to her surely the manager can step out of a meeting if there is a problem such as a disgruntled customer.I told her that I will not accept the voucher and I will wait for the manager. Seeing that I am not backing down she decided to refund me and said I should state my reason for returning the bible at the back of the till slip.That is one kind of sickening service I received there; how many people are being treated that way and cannot stand up for themselves.It's appalling!

I often do find the books I need here, and if they do not have, then they do place orders

Not my cup of tea will not be returning her to buy books due to the upkeep of the place

it's first time i bought books from them,i'm happy with their service.

There was a wait however it was organised and chairs were provided. Service was of quick high level once you reached the service point.
