Service is absolutely horrible when it comes to laying complaints. Issues I have is this:Chicka chicka restaurant is not on the Google search so even laying a complaint with the restaurant that's at fault I can't.Then when I call Mrd they said they can assist me and call me back if they can refund me after lodging a complaint against the restaurant. I have beebeen waiting now for 2 hours for mrd to call me back. In this two hours I called twice and emailed mrd 5 times over this issue. This is unacceptable I'm paying you guy's money for a service and all I get is no responses. My ref is DFD3258256

The only thing that puts me off with these delivery guys is that they are all very dirty and seem to battle with the English Language, but no complaints about service though.

You guys stop deliver food parcel as you not have that ability to help clients. I wish I won’t even give you 1 star cause you don’t deserve it. Nonsense & poor services. Other company much better than yours.

Absolutely terrible serve, from the Main office down to the drivers. My food was not delivered 2 in one night . Very unhelpful and disinterested company.

Please look at the comments below. We would appreciate customer service and support numbers. An email address to lodge complains and customer satisfaction survey to rate drivers. I was insulted and cursed on by one of the drivers. I was scared he would get violent and I have a witness.Drivers should be vetted for and their credentials checked. The one I got was aggressive in a scary way. Try and protect your customers we pay for a service. It's not free.
