Roman's Pizza Bothasig
When a customer ask how long will it taka to prepare the meal and the answer is 20min from staff, then it should take 20min to 30min to receive the meal and not an hour, service was slow and only saw one cook and one cashier while the rest of the staff was at the back office because at some point they all came out. I ordered the special for R99 and the ingredients were rather disappointing. I have never seen such a thin layer of cheese on a pizza.

Romans Pizza offers pizza usually with some kind of special offer. My children love the pizza because there are no frills and fuss. We had the three cheese pizza and the saucy chicken both were very tasty. The staff are inclined to only check the food order and not the drinks - we also ordered a 2 litre coke along with our pizza and the cashier wanted to hand over our order without the coke, it was only when I insisted that he re-checked the order and added the coke.

Service seems that much slower at this branch. The wait is not this long at Plattekloof.The cashier, scratches in her mouth and nose while helping staff. Not going back

I loved Roman' s Pizza thick or thin base pizza. It is worth the wait. It was so tasty and good. We will definitely go back again. Their prices are good and they gave specials.

This branch is not run well . The staff walk in and out continuously and I am very sure their hands are not washed prior to commencing work again . I ordered extra cheese on all 3 pizza's and for the first time after buying pizza for years now at different branches I definitely did not get extra cheese on my pizza but the manager confirmed that I got extra cheese. This gent who I assumed was the manager certainly did not act the part , he was most certainly very unprofessional, chatting and joking with his staff constantly, never taking the time to check on his staff or the quality of the food produced in the kitchen. I dont believe , like the manager the staff took any pride in the food they produced. I certainly will not be going back

Had a horrible experience at Roman's pizza Botasig. The cashier seems to be having her lunch while serving and almost like we had disrupted it. The manager was rude, we ordered a special - 2 large pizzas and although the hot chicken was on the special advertised". The manager handed the pizza with barbecue chicken pizza and hot sauce base. Who eats barbecue with hot sauce? Nobody notified us that the hot chicken was not part of the special

Really great outlet! Compared to most other outlets this one stood out. Clean, friendly and all round great experience! Food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing!
