CALTEX LADIES MILE MOTORS

I filled up my motor vehicle last night at 20:48:3, N: 3575, TSN 3521 and asked the petrol attendant to put R200.00 fuel into my car. To my dismay, he filled it up, totalling R515.00. Thank goodness I had the money in my account. I was very disappointed and would like to know what can be done. Could I get a R300.00 refund? I haven't had this experience at your service station before but I feel that it needs to be brought to the manager's attention. This could happen to any other customer. Thank you

* Matter has been sorted out, refund arranged by Makki - thank you!Bad customer service - put in petrol, attendant forgot to close petrol cap and left it on the door, lost the cap. Family friend living close went in to check video, and was told attendant name, and saw on footage what happened, I was told to buy a cap and I would be refunded if I took the receipt in, which was done. Nothing happened, manager never in office when I stop by and calls always go unanswered, family friend did 2 more follow ups and was told the attendant will refund, attendant confirmed he will do it when he gets paid - feel this is unacceptable, after being told twice refund will be done that the company does not refund their clients for something that happened at their pumps, and leaves it up to the attendant to sort out. Will probably never see my money.

Just filled up R1200plus. Attendant a sulky attitude, no intention to clean windscreen. Normally all very pleasant and service oriented. This attendant not in this category. First time experience with him

Staff friendly and efficient, always a ready smile. I only use Caltex Garage in Ladies Mile when filling up.

This place desperately need management only 2 pumps works here and no direction to customers. people went to broken pumps and waited for service and no one said anything. Eventually they had to figure it out for themselves. Then they display an unapologetic attitude. Saying they dont have enough cones to put out.

The service here has really gone down.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I think if I leave my tortoise here he'll give you faster service than the staff. Went there to fill up. One petrol attendant working, the other 2 is just sitting there and looking at you. I had to hoot for attendance and than the manager woke up and came to my vehicle. Where service is concern, the worst place ever. The fuel comes out faster than the staff. Owner please have a chat with manager and staff!!! Would like to see changes if I ever come back there.

Friendly staff, efficient service - always willing to go the extra mile in ensuring your vehicle is of a safe standard. However, best to avoid during periods of high demand (ie. When fuel prices are increasing) as it gets quite slow.

The service here is sharp and fast, and the bonus is that it's rarely busy.Entry and exits are easy to navigate and all the forecourt equipment was in working order the last time I was there.It's a pity that it's not open 24 hours though and there is a lack of a convenience store which would add to the value of the place.
