Bad because we ordered food online 4.00 in afternoon.. 7.30 still no food delivered. Had to drive there just to find out the order is still with Steers.. They took the phone of the hook.. 25 calls to them.. When we got there they prepared our meal after they got the order.. Wasn't a small order it was R400

Good day, May I just say that this branch is the worst place to order food from (Steers included). My husband and I ordered now for the third time from them and all three times they have left something out from the order. They keep on missing items such as chips and drinks. I urge any one not to use this store till there is new management that knows what they are doing. A rating of one star is to much for such poor service. Calling the store wont help ether as the manager is not available to respond to your problem.

Fishaways was wat better than the Steers waited almost 35 minute just for two snack burgers. Fishaways was like 8 mins done.

I order minimum once a week from this store. Over the last few months can see a decline in the quality of the fish. We eat grilled and fried and there is never consistency with the food. Fish is almost rubbery in texture and now i see all family meals have one size fish only
