To construct small wall frame, line with gyprock, four stairs, remove balustrade. Not completed. Requested full payment (paid trustingly) on promise of return but never returned and left job in poor and unfinished state. Agreed to refund an amount toward the cost of another trade coming to finish job but has not. Not recommended.
