Customer service when asking for refunds needs to be worked on. Other than that it's a great shop. Lots of Promotions and smart shopper deals

Not a bad shopping experience, only negative is that they always don't have enough cashiers!

Service here is absolutely appalling, they have only one person dedicated to a particular service when that person is gone they make customers. Never again!!!

I like shopping there but they don't always have what I want. I buy something and find that I like it but when I look for its again they don't have it. It's frustrating.

Well laid out. Open and has a wide variety of products.

- this store has the potential to be very good because of the lovely premises that it occupies- on one occasion there was no spinach- on another occasion no mushrooms- the bakery staff loiter among uninspired displays- no veg curry pies or spinach pies- the shelves in the sweet and chips ilses are untidy and crowded- the very limited gift bags and gift wrap have no pricing- the lady at the money market said she doesn't know if my prepaid e tag payment would go through and seemed unsure of what she was doing- rather go up the road to the other mall the premises is worse but the grocery store is well stocked

Very clean and also you do not spend hours in the queue.

Waited at the door till 8h05 till they had finished singing and dancing, store is supposed to open at 8, walked in got what i needed in 5 seconds, proceeded to the till....NOT ONE CASHIER IN SIGHT. Saw a lady standing near the till hoping she could help me... she tells me to wait until they find the cashier.....WHAT? Cashiers should be on their posts the minute the door opens....disorganized. Checkers which is 5 minutes away is way more organized...you need to step up your game!!!!

I've always said this Pick 'n Pay is my favourite store. The manager (David) is very helpful. However, the staff are bringing the store down by always congregating and having their own fun times chatting while they should be focusing on their jobs and doing what they should do by assisting customers and providing a great customer experience. The last several times that I have been to the store there has been fruit and veg that is way past its sell by date, ie: potatoes, Cucumber, mushrooms etc that were between 5-10 days past the sell by date. And every week that I go to the store there seem to be more and more staff congregations and their chatting and laughing just gets louder and louder that they aren't even aware of a customer asking for assistance.
