Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I found what I was looking for at a good price ...been to 5 different stores..thanks for keeping stock of items not usually found elsewhere...ie 600kpa kwikot banjo safety valve for a solar retrofit system

Terrible customer service! The staff have no practical experience, do not go to this branch unless you go with a plumber. I had a leak and saw a washer had worn away so I took the part with me I was told I had to replace the whole part luckily a plumber was nearby and said that is rubbish and put a washer in for me which they had in stock. I walked out having spent R21 instead of the 100s I would have had to spend if I had listened to the staff. Shouldn't the staff be knowledgeable about the parts they are selling?
