HiFi Corp Wonderpark

I went to HiFi Corp wonderpark to purchase a laptop and was told by the sales person Aubrey that the one I wanted was out of stock and I could only purchase the one on display. I agreed and when I got home to use it, I realised that it was incredibly slow. So I tried to run checks to see why it was responding slow seeing that it was new, only to find the previous owners information still on the laptop. I contacted the user and she confirmed that she had returned the laptop because it was slow and that she also realised they had sold her a second hand laptop because the previouse owner had actually written their name in green underneath. I returned it to the store only to find the same model on display so Aubrey actually lied to me and was actually trying to sell me a defect. Definitely the last time I'm buying from your store

After a incident regarding security refusing my wife to push my baby in the trolley in the store, the Branch Manager Jimmy invited me to sit with him and explain what had happened. I was informed that the security gets sourced from outside and that makes it reasonably understandable why the actions of the security company was of that manner. Regarding HiFi Corp Wonderpark with the staff I could finally see inside the store and the friendly helpful Branch Manager Jimmy I will definitely do my family home shopping there. I had a look around before I met up with the Branch Manager and my Honest opinion there pricing is fantastic and affordable and as a added Bonus, I could see that their service are of high standard the way they treated their customers. As a Bonus on top of the Bonus they are friendly and quick to assist. Well done Hifi Corp Wonderpark, see you soon

HiFi corp is really taking customer for a play. It's like a test to see what will you do. 3rd review, 3rd reference numbers, 2 emails later and still no help.After 2 weeks of begging for a new TV and them refusing. I went to ask for my Money back at the store, now because I want my money back they suddenly want to offer me a new TV and the manager Jimmy said to me it's a favour and that's not how they do things.You don't take customers seriously and I find it very disrespectful that you would say to a customer it's a favour, how is it a favour if my money is spent to buy a TV and it's faulty. I have been at the store returning this TV 3 times for the same problem, I am spending my money to go to the store. Yet I am told it's a favour.I just want my money back and to make sure I don't make the same mistake of buying anything from you guys.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received when I phoned in to purchase a fridge. On the phone, I was told that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Furthermore, the special advertised was not available at any of the locations, rendering the call a useless effort and false advertisement. I would like to be compensated for my wasted time and energy, as well as for the false advertisement. I hope this matter can be resolved in a satisfactory manner. Thank you for your time.

I received an order which was missing a part. Lilian from the Wonderpark branch called me to resolve. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received a full unit, delivered to my door. What an amazing lady - anyone in Sales could take a page from Lilian's book. She is an absolute superstar!!

A store that doesn’t have a valid phone number or never gets answered, says a lot about their service delivery. Pathetic ! !

Good day, we visited Hifi Corp. We purchased a TV there. We got the most friendliest service from Portia Makhubela. We were amazed by the knowledge of Sydney Nkosi.
