1 star is a star too much! Absolutely pathetic customer service! Arrived at the shop at 12pm, and indicated to the service assistant that my aircon pressure switch was leaking and i needed a quote on it to be replaced, they insisted on having it checked out by their staff and promised it would take no more than 45 minutes! A little over 3 hours later i was informed that my pressure switch is leaking and it will have to be replaced! It took them 3 whole hours to tell me something that i had told them when i had gotten there! Further more the quote i had gotten from them for replacing the switch with an audi certified part was R3250 excluding vat! Only to later find out that the part only costed me R580 including vat from audi itself! That's a whole 644% mark up! Day light robbery and pathetic customer service! Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone unless you wanna get ripped off!

Very unfriendly lady at the reception. Wouldn't listen to what i had to say. Insisted i do a diagnostic ( for which there is a charge) despite me knowing what the problem was with my Aircon.At one stage i had to ask her to listen to what I have to say and not sell me what she wants to, after which she stormed off the reception table.Needless to say i walked off and took my business elsewhere.

If there was an option to give a negative star I would. In all the times I have been there they have always told me the worst-case scenario. When I went to another company Cannon Cool" it was a small component that needed changing and it was not expensive. Highly recommend that you do not use this company."

paid for the condenser to be fixed which apparently was the problem which had a so called 6 month warrantyone month later aorcon broke again they said the compressor is broken and to pay over R10000 to fix. why couldn't the problem have been fixed initially now to pay double. plus pay for quotations over and over

Horrible!I went there to regas my aircon...They told me it would take 45 minutes and it took them 1hour and a half; they told me my aircon system had a leak and it was too damaged and they couldn't give me a quotation on that day.They called me the day later to tell me that the valve or whatever it was needed to be shipped from Germany so I had to wait for 5 weeks and pay like 7000 Rand for the work!! The following day I went somewhere else to get my car checked and regassed and it took them 15 minutes ; total cost: 450R!! no leakage, no pieces to replace.My only hope is that they are just incompetent and not dishonest...but I cannot be so sure about it!! Don't go!!!

They are too cool.Have have great friendly management and staff.Been dealing with them for years.They are very reasonable with their prices. Their quality of work is excellent.They offer transport to drop u off.

In my opinion they can't be trusted.

Charged me consultation fee and even emptied whatever little gas I had. My aircon was working, not ss good as I want it, but it was working. In my view, they are driven for money and little principles on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Even when you try to phone and speak to someone the lady at Reception is rude, just insisting you bring it in, not listening to what the customer is trying to say. Seems like they are on the diagnostic grave train. NEXT!!!

I initially read the reviews and was skeptical. Then asked around about aircon compressor repair companies and was referred to Cool Connection. Contacted the company and was advised I could bring my vehicle in immediately as they had a gap. I had been to two other companies that had informed me compressor had packed up. On arrival receptionist informed me that diagnostic would need to be done, which would take approx. 45 minutes. I asked them to call and inform me of the findings. About an hour later I received a call from Jodie to inform me that my compressor was not working, they could repair it or replace. I received verbal quotes for both the repair and the replacement, together with the warranty periods, and gave the go-ahead to proceed with the repair, which would take about 3 hours. About 3 and a half hours later, I received a call to say aircon has been repaired and car is ready. I opted to collect, they do also offer a delivery service. Aircon working like a dream. Very reasonably priced for both a repair and a replacement. Other companies are between R2000 and R4500 more. They understood my needs, I needed my vehicle by a specific time and worked towards ensuring they delivered timeously. Their whole team gets 5 stars for their service. Well done on a fantastic team who work together to deliver awesome service. Would definitely recommend them
