Hallo, my intentions are not to bad mouth this place since I did not receive a service from them, however, I though it was important to let other ladies know that if your looking for a salon close to PvR that will be friendly and helpful in getting an appointment, this is not the salon. I tried to inquire about a time they would have open for me to cut my ends and they were very abrupt and did not seem to welcome the opportunity to gain a new customer.Sadly, I would not recommend coming to them for help.

The Salon is always neat and refreshing. All stylists are amazing! A shout out to Natasha Smith who is so dedicated to her being a hairdresser, she is truly amazing that even when she is fully booked, she will try to accommodate you. Her clients adore her and she has a way with small children, absolutely awesome!

Natasha has always been amazing at listening and giving you the best advise about what would suit you. I always feel like a million dollars when I walk out of the salon. She is so good in her profession. I would recommend her to anyone. Headfirst is professional & there is an amazing vibe in the salon.
