Ample parking space, but it's ridiculous that you're charged the minute you enter the parking lot. It doesn't allow for free drop off.

It has a nice mix of shops. The underground paid parking is very nice. They need to fix the lifts from the parking.

I visited this mall while visiting my daughter in Eastern Cape.There are plenty of shops from clothing, electronics, toys shops etc and it spacious and clean. There’s nothing exceptional about it but nothing really bad either.

Please focus on Maintenance.. Toilet taps are all busted.. No supervision for parking garage when it Doesnt work. No visible security patrolling underground parking

The place gets really crowded but it's a convenient place to shop for everything. They don't have alot of restaurants for dining in though. Another convenience is an accessible gym in the mall.

It's one of those malls you can't write about that much. It's just a normal mall with adequate number of departmental stores you find in South Africa.

It's great, sufficient shops for a small town. The underground parking and lifts are not really safe, one could opt for outside parking, therefore no need for lifts. Wheelchair friendly, lots of family and kids activities, a few reputable eat outs. Love love Ngebs Mall.
