I had a bad experience. Sunday between 620-630am I was at the filling station, 2 of the staff were smoking by the corner. No one attending to clients with all pumps having cars but no one attending to the cars and had to leave to get service elsewhere. Awful service.

On Sunday evening around 18:00-18:15 (not sure if this is generally ur busy time or not) but as myself and other cars lined up - just to get into the Petrol station from the road- we waited to go into our Q's to be assisted, no petrol attendant was directing the cars to which pumps to go, so car's where left Q'ing behind other cars, with open fuel pumps, when you try to reverse and go to the open pumps other cars that came in - they had not been waiting, raced in took the pumps surely the petrol attendants should when a pump goes open assist clients waiting in line to move there first especially since you been waiting 10min or more? Myself and a gentleman in a white car waited, when he was finally able to get to open pump, he still waited and no one assisted him, he even shouted out his window after a while as no one came to assist ... However your regulars" as it seemed that came from thr Muizenberg market where all assist first and quickly. (i know you build relationships with people that come regularly and that's great) bt helping them first when they did not arrive first and spending extra long helping them where the other client's been waiting more then 10/15min is not fair. It's late and a person wants to get home... If it's busy time

The petrol attendants are always throwing in the wrong amount of fuel! And i must pay the extra! Asked for R100, they put in R500. Asked for 200, they put in 400. Its disgusting.

When I go to this garage... there's always a problem. Firstly your supervisor has attitude and secondly when I asked him to help kick start my car he said no. He refused to as he said it's not part of my job"

Bought pies and cooldrink, eat was filling. The staff assistance was quick and friendly.

Empty petrol station only one other car waited 15 minutes without being assisted then left to go to PB

Waited for a while then a guy who arrived after me was served, there doesn't seem to be much of a hurry to attend to waiting motorists well at least in my case. The petrol jockey was friendly however there was no offer to check the oil, water, tyres etc...... room for improvement.

I like this place, my go-to for a late-night gas station snack. The staff are friendly. Whacky Wednesday is quite busy with the Steers inside.

Tried to order some food at the Steers branch inside the shop today Wednesday 26th Feb at around 11h50. There was pandemonium as some people had phoned orders through and the ladies at the counter were not coping with delivering the orders. I asked if I could perhaps place an order as those orders had already been made. The assistant was rude and obnoxious to me. There was a queue of people waiting to order. They were happy to carry on taking phone orders but not attend to the ever growing queue of prospective patrons. I get that its Wacky Wednesday and busy, but I saw other frustrated patrons leave without buying.I ended up leaving as I dont believe they deserve my support.I know the name of the lady who was rude and if management care to contact me in this regard they may. I will not be revisiting this service station until someone has addressed this issue.Poor service and poor attitude.

Not the most efficient. Have been supporting this station for 6 years & in that time unless I ask, the windows are NEVER done & I think I've been asked about tyres maybe twice in 6 years. So 3 star is the MOST it deserves
