Good staff support and customer service inside the shop. Was very impressed with the service rendered by manager that was on-site and how timely the entire service was.Only unfortunate part was delays at the loading zone. For some odd reason people who came after us received services before we did, but thankfully after raising concerns the guys sorted their act out.Build It remains a hardware I would gladly shop at.

They sell things which they don't have on stock and when the delivery guys arrives they will be telling you that the ve forgotten to load some of things then you have to wait without any prove for your outstanding delivery. Lying is their Biggest challenge and they also fail on their lies

Friendly and quick service. Materials delivered on the agreed times, their promise of the manager beating any price always come through. Very happy with their service. More especially considering that I never went to their store, doing everything via whatsapp and phone calls.
