Long waiting periods in que, no stock of chronic medication for the 3rd month. Pre packed for collection is never ready or complete - one item always missing. Most unfriendly pharmacists in Pretoria!!

This pharmacy never has stock. Every month the same issue. I order the prescribed medication five work days in advance on the Pharma Valu App. When I arrive to collect, the order is never processed and there is never stock. Yet, payment has been processed on my medical aid. The pharmacy still owes me medication for which they billed the medical aid more than four weeks ago. Fed up with the poor service, I initiated a cancellation and a refund. It is now more than seven work days later and still the refund has not been processed.I took my script to another pharmacy at the old-age home in Queenswood. Much better service.

Used to be the best pharmacy in the moot. Now it's probably the worst. Long and slow moving queues, when you eventually get your turn you find out they don't have stock. 4 months in a row, with different prescription medication. It's an absolute nightmare. When my prescription's expire I won't be using them again..Get your act together.

My daughters were yesterday in the shop. Nobody security checks anything when you go in the shop. When leaving your people shouted to my daughter from the tills for everyone to hear, have you paid for that and do you have a slip. Is this how you treat 2 upstanding under aged children who frequent your shop? I am highly disgusted in your attitudes. I want a written apology by management and the person who did it. I want the person disciplined for crimin injuria. It is illegal to publicly embarrass anyone. I will continue to post on all platforms of social media should this not be rectified immediately.

Don't walk...RUN!If you are a fan of the following, this is THE place to be!-Hunting down staff for assistance,-Nosey cashiers enquiring/commenting on the products youbought - for example, laxatives (should be obvious)-Waiting at the front of the queue for 5 minutes while THREE tillsare open.- Walking out in frustration because they do not have your prescription medication again.I shall never do myself a disservice by buying from this place again. I am now HAPPILY driving 10 km further for the sake of my sanity. The level of incompetence is truly astonishing.Do better.

The service of this pharmacy is pathetic. I have to get the same chronic medicine on a monthly basis. There is always something not in stock. One do not receive feedback on emails. I have been with this pharmacy since it opened and never have I thought that I would moved pharmacies. Every time when I go to collect my medicine someone is complaining about something.It is high time the owner do something about this!

Pharma Valu Queenswood has more than 10 counters at prescriptions, and only 1 pharmacist that assists the other standing around and chatting not worrying about the more than 10 clients waiting their turn. Very very bad service in this shop. This is also not the 1st time that I experience this kind of service

We are now just over a year making use of Pharma Value in Queenswood, suppose to be the Head Office of all the Pharma Value's but OMG. When we started using them as we moved to the area, it was a different story, they had stock and service was quick and sufficient. We placed our chronic medicine on there reordering system and all went well, but since December 2021, it is down hill. No stock, waiting for 30-45minutes sometimes in a que to be helped, just to hear your medicine is either not packed or not available. The service of the people behind the counters is sluggish, and people are not promptly helped. Sad to see the business going to this standard.

Be honest and close your doors. I almost die - due to no tamiflu in February 2023. Since then I requested multiple feedback via email. If I visit, they take my number and said to return my call. It is May with no feedback. The owner is not presentanymore? Shame on you.
