Mr Price Home - Canal Walk

We recently visited Mr Price Canal Walk and were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. As a property developer, we often visit various stores often purchasing a large amount of items without receiving any help, but Leslie, the store manager, and his team went above and beyond to assist us. Natasha, the Supervisor, was incredibly helpful on the floor, while Zania, the cashier, kept us informed about the total cost. Taswil assisted us with our online order. Overall, the team made our shopping experience extra pleasant and enjoyable.We highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service!

Standard Mr price stuff. Cheap and cheerful.But check for damage and opened items with bits broken or missing.I found the trolleys disgusting dirty. full of rubbish old bags and sweet wrappers.

Wanted to buy a mat and they have a dirty one that they want me to take yet there's a clean one I chose. Did a refund just after paying. Never going back there and don't recommend anyone else too. Edgar's home and H&M have better quality and very good customer service. Now that I actually see other reviews I'd have just checked that and not wasted my time and money

Store was neat and tidy. Enjoyed the huge open space betwn the isles. Found everything I needed but they had no trolleys and it's quite difficult for a store not to have this if they selling large items. 1 of the staff managed to find me a P+P trolley which helped.

Well stocked and a very large flagship store. Mr Pricing has increased a lot over the years but the we quality has also improved on a lot of items. Staff in some respects can still do with some refinement in their dealings with customers, however still a pleasant experience in store overall.

Khanyisile was the most helpful person ever! We were looking for everything for my bed. She was extremely friendly, knew the inventory very well and made great suggestions. She's such a great asset

Yesterday, my mother and I went to shop at Mr Price Home Canal Walk and had what felt like a race- motivated ill-treatment. My mom (black) was at the front of the queue when a coloured customer walked past her and went straight to the pay-point, which was manned by a young coloured woman. The customer actually turned around to look at my mom before proceeding with the employee without saying anything. When my mom expressed how upset she was, the employee ignored her and continued her business with the customer who had skipped the line. We asked for the manager. He listened to my mom's complaint IN FRONT of the employee while she ignored what was going on. The manager said he would speak to the employee, at which point I expressed that I want her dealt with right there and then, in our presence, to ensure accountability. My mom accepted this apology" from the manager and we left. I truly feel that nothing was done by the situation and that our experience was dismissed. My mom ended up not purchasing the items we had spent time shopping for."

Great selection at great prices. Very big store and they have everything and anything you could be looking for for your home. I went into a few other places first but the prices here were unbeatable and quality was good. Really needs to be checked out if you havent checked it out already as you will fond things you never knew you needed and a steal of a price. Mothers day gifts sorted as well lol.
