You wait in the queue for hours - just to be misinformed by the staff who have no idea whats going on. For the second month now I am paying an early renewal fee that the consultant said I wouldn't have had to even once. I would NOT recommend,

Worse service ever received today from telkom somerset mall, the agent lied to my saying I can't get my telkom prepaid number as my new contract number, she also told me its a dual sim device and its not, this after I specifically told her I need a dual sim phone. At this moment I feel like cancelling all my contracts. Braven jooste.

Excellent service. I opened my account and got my new phone and watch in the same time. The team at Telkom were friendly,helpful and had a deep knowledge base on the questions posed about devices ins and outs as well as their contracts.

After spending more than three hours in the Potchefstroom Telkom branch and returning twice the problem was still not solved. Today we went to the branch in Somerset Mall and were served by CONROY. He is excellent. I can highly recommend him. He solved our problem very quickly. I will always go back to him only. Thank you for restoring my hope that there are still knowledgeable and service oriented staff at Telkom.

I'm rating it a very modest 4 star. Usually super long que (but that's out of their control) today I had an awesome experience. With less activity the saleswoman was less stressed I assume and was super super helpful.
