Service is average. And the help we did receive was of no help at all. I got more help off the internet than from the staff who I would assume should have the product and service knowledge to assist. I mean the information needed was that of a well known vodacom service. On a separate note vodacom tariffs are quiet high compared to other networks which is why I have decided to switch to another network.
