After my previous review after having rear brake linings bonded, I found grease marks all over my car. My vehicle was back two days ago after handbrake taking high. I was advised that I am looking for sympathy when I needed help. Subject to unnecessary cruel treatment. Denial and covering their own mistakes due to extremely poor workmanship. Rear brake linings came loose and broke due to linings not being bonded properly and not baked for long enough" diagnosed by another mechanic after Norbrake refused to assist me and wanted to charge me R600 for a strip and quote because "they have workers to pay". I have never encountered such an unprofessional company that would go as far as to abuse a customer and lie through their teeth to hide mechanics who can't do their job! I'm shocked at how badly a customer can be treated. Especially when it's a reputable company. Never again. After this repair I will be sure to double check the workmanship. There's no trust"

I called yesterday and spoke to one of the sales guys and told him where I am phoning from and said what work I needed done. So he told me that it's too late to come to where I work and I must please phone back in the morning. So this morning I phone back and was then told that they don't even come to JHB. I worked in the motor industry for 20 years and in a client service department and to tell someone you will do it and the following person from the same company then telling you they will not do it is very very unprofessional.
