Driving through the Karoo to get to Johannesburg, when you see a town on the horizon. It is Saturday past 12:30. You turn off and drive into a ghost town. There is no one in the streets. Not a single open coffee shop/shop. The only open place is the Vosburg Karoo County Inn. We stop, enter the bar and order a coffee. Heaven! An amazing, old world hotel. Amazing warm hospitality and coffee to match!What a pity we had to keep our eye on the clock and leave after a wonderful delightful experience! Absolutely a MUST stop, MUST experience hotel in the middle of the Karoo.

Great place to stay over, will definitely be seeing us again. Best steak I had in years, perfectly cooked, rooms were great and obviously a lot of effort put in by the owners to make your stay as memorable as possible
