Scottburgh Beach

The lagoon flowing into the see on this beach provides a joyfull swimming spot for people with kids. Tube slides next to the lagoon provides additional activity and is well maintained.

Very pleasantly surprised, the beach is clean and comfortable. It has a nice holiday feel to it, the combination of the rocks, grass, river and beach is really lovely and adds to the overall experience.There is sufficient parking and it felt safe enough with the car guards.There are some security guards making it feel safe and the toilets are clean, however no soup.The shops are a great addition, being able to rent an umbrella, gazebo, chairs etc really makes life easy and hassle free. The prices for these items are very reasonable and the employees help set up, they are friendly and efficient.This beach also has life guards on duty and there is a small playground.The only negative is that the pool is empty and no longer in use. It would be awesome if it could be filled again, even using salt water would be better than it sitting empty.

Beautiful place, the beach is always clean good for surfing, swimming, relaxation, the car park it's big enough... Its safe

Lovely clean beach. Choice of eateries Close by. Highly recommended Anything Fishy. Please support the locals, as well as the ladies selling their HUGE avocados, often in shopping trolleys.

Always a favorite swimming beach. This is where I dream of when I'm missing the beach. Long fond love for this beach. Can do with some upgrading hope the governing municipality wakes up.

Very big pool nice peaceful place, but the end of the pool is dirty or maybe they not using it so much cause of season, but other then that it good, lovely views needs more stores

Its a lovely swimming place even for the first timer easy access into the sea and a flat surface.

Rather a bit shabby. Centre at the beach not maintained. Looks dirty and run down.ladies bathrooms absolutely disgusting. No door handles, no cistern lid. No loo paper was available . No complaint about the ocean of course.
