Drivethru is a waitthru. Recently we have to go wait in front of the outlet for up to 10 min. What is the use of a drive thru?

KFC Nigel Angelo Mall is Absolutely pathetic. The drive through is full and inside is just as full and there is 1 person working if you want to call it that. After waiting +- 10 min we decidied to leave. As we walking outside there are ALL the workers sitting eating during rush hour.Ridiculous. I will never go there again.They don't even deserve that 1 star.

Serves breakfast but you go through the drive through to end up waiting 15-20 minutes in front of the store. The attendant said 5 minutes for the fillets to be ready

Had the worst experience ever, bought a box master I don't know if the forgot the source or that's how they do it there ,the whole meal was not nice at all ,the dryness was everything about it ...the only thing I enjoyed was the coke that came with the meal

We ordered family share 10 pice chicken, and we were told to wait for 10 minutes. We waited for close to 15 minutes. When I asked for paper plates, I was told there were no paper plates. We had to place the chicken on servets and eat.The customers were waiting to be served the employees were at the back.
