I only ever use this branch for their Paxi service because it is close to where I live. Always long queues, and there are never enough staff to man the tills! Staff chat among themselves and are SLOW to serve their customers. Very miserable and unfriendly too! Please teach them about customer service. I will no longer be using this branch for my Paxi and rather go further out.

The worst group of ill mannered bad attitude ladies I have come across, not one of them smile ever or greet you well or attend to you in a friendly manner, man I miss the old staff.

This store is always busy but theirs hardly ever enough cashiers serving and its very frustrating and the staff are not the friendliest people either
