As first time home buyers, we had no idea how to go about our purchase. However, we were lucky enough to have Conrad Deysel as our agent, from the start, he was on the ball and always available for us, he put us in contact with a lovely woman to assist with our bond application and kept us in the loop with everything! Belinda is a Superstar. I have never seen anyone market and sell a home this fast. Belinda's passion for selling houses can clearly be seen in the way she advertises, markets and presents each property on social media and on show days. She goes out of her way to keep both seller and buyer up to date with every single detail of the process. She makes you feel like you are her only client, even though she has many others. She is most definitely an asset to Remax.

Our experience purchasing a home through Michele Le Roux has been completely unpleasant. She fails to communicate, we've been calling after her since day 1 for updates and when I do get hold of her, she's rude towards myself and my partner. Speaks in a condescending manner and treats us as if we're not clients. Our interests have never been her priority. If this is one of RE/MAX' best sales agent in the North, i wouldnt recommend it at all.A very disgruntled client.

Had a dip in the quality of service and communication in the middle of my process. Issues addressed and communication improved since my complaint.

Amanda Goddard was so unpleasant to deal with, my husband and I didn't even want to go view a property through her. To circumvent the issue, she got Palesa to contact us and view the same property so we wouldn't know it's hers.Ultimately, the mandate expired and we wanted to purchase the property privately through the owners. However, Remax still wanted their cut because we were 'their clients'. Just as a matter of principle, this is atrocious. Especially since we didn't even want to view through them to begin with.If possible, list privately. It's not as complicated as agents would have you believe and they just feed lies back and forth between seller and client (especially Remax and Amanda).Apparently we weren't even the only potential buyers who had a negative experience with Amanda. Save yourself the trouble.
