Every time I recieve a repair quotation it equates to the price of a new machine.In fact before we sent our latest stihl to all cut, I called it with our staff.That is exactly what has happened.. they must have hundreds of used spares available.My brother said that they have had one of his for more than a month.This was because my worst experience was that after a year of leading me on my welder was never repaired.

Always had good service at allcut, until now. Took my mower on for an issue and had to go back after a few days for feedback. Was presented a quote for a service including a new blade, mynold blade is less than 6 months old and in a good condition.Approved the quote and was given a call on tueaday to say it is complete and i can go collect. Went in and was told it will be with me in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes had to leave with the sales rep unable to say how much longer i need to wait and that the service manager is still working on it.Absolutely shocking and a complete waste of my time.

After trying numerous garden machinery businesses, Allcut is by far the only one I can recommend wholeheartedly. Always polite, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient. They also have never overcharged me, rather given me freebies at times. For all your gardening and fire fighting needs, this is the place to go.

They have a full onsite workshop with skilled and experienced personnel who are able to service and repair all products that they sell.They carry a full range of spares for all of their supplied products and other selected brands.They have maintenance crews that are able to conduct onsite servicing and repairs.They design irrigation systems.
