Beautiful place, however staff members needs to be focused and pull up their socks. They seem confused and not used to handle group of big numbers. Overall it's a beautiful relaxing place

Won't go back. Shockingly poor attitude by the pro shop staff. For a place battling for rounds, they don't treat their patrons with much respect.

Remote area where people can go for fresh air, see animals and enjoy outdoor climate.I saw the cable car just like at Table Mountain in Cape Town. It runs from the Club House to the top of the nearby mountain.

Some staff members had no idea what is customer service, whilst others like Elizabeth at front desk excelled. Stuffy carpet in our room, linen with stains, towels torn, food very bad we had to call around Polokwane to get food delivered to us. A request for Café Latte came in as a cup filled with milk with no coffee taste at all.Make no mistake, this is a beautiful property with nice views, tranquility and quality infrastructure. I wish they get food issue right.
