I would highly recommend Kirsten from So Sorted, for any form of organizing of your home, decluttering and moving.Kirsten is professional, knowledgeable and everything runs like clockwork and to plan, so you know exactly what to expect.I lost my Mom a couple of months ago and had to move from my place to my Moms and declutter 25 years of things in each house and consolidate into one. While still in mourning.Kirsten and her team, are just amazing. They have be with me for two weeks, tackling the huge job, while being caring and sensitive to my situation. Nothing was too much trouble, from patch painting my old house and cleaning for sale. To bringing in plumbers, electricians, upholsterers, TV technicians and furniture restorers (for my Moms older furniture, I decided to keep).I can’t thank Kirsten and her team, Mzi, Mlie, Proud, Mirriam, Siza and Charity enough, they are all just simply fantastic.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kirsten and So Sorted team. Kirsten is super efficient and they arrive when they say they will.The people in the team have been lovely, without exception. They packed the furniture for shipping very well and were so helpful.I recommend So Sorted to anyone who needs help getting stuff, well... sorted.

Kirsten and her team were amazing at packing, moving and setting up my mom's downsize move in a highly organised manner. Some items of value went missing but not many. The tragic part was that all her high-value furniture items were sold through an auction house, as So Sorted recommended us to do and which they managed for us for a fee, for a pittance of their value. The sales didn't put a dent in the cost of the service and it has been devastating to see these sentimental and valuable items essentially made worthless. A solid mahogany wood dining table that had been in the family for >50 years was sold for ~R400; an antique sideboard for ~R300. We would never have allowed So Sorted to oversee this part of the move had we known that no minimum amount or control over the auction would be applied. I highly recommend So Sorted for packing & unpacking but definitely suggest selling your things yourself on GumTree or similar platform.

I cannot express how incredible Kirsten and her team are! They went above and beyond anything that I expected. From the packing, sorting, moving, unpacking- everything was seamless and so impressive. I have raved about this team to every person I know. Moving house is supposed to be one of the stressful experiences in life….we were out for sushi the day of the move thanks to Kirsten and her team :) Highly Recommend!!!

Kirsten is wonderful unfortunately very sentimental pieces of Jewellery went missing after having her staff in my home and i moved and unpacked it was never found. I recommend the service just take caution when hiring.I sent this as a message it was ignored:1. That’s why I said you were a great person but I had several people look at your lie detector test all them came to the same conclusion that the questions were very soft question and not thoroughly done.2. A lot of of owners of companies said it was not on me to pay for a lie detector test where you get to choose the company that does it. That is not transparent3. Police officers took a statement and found it to be truthful and a case to be made.4. Your staff member at the time was unsupervised and sorted a private bag that had no reason to be sorted and was not asked to be sorted.5. She stole the ring when you have eliminated all possibilities that is what is left and she took very cherished and expensive items.Defend your company that’s fine things we’re not done properly only in your eyes because you believe your honest which you are but your staff member is not.

Kirsten and her team assisted my aunt with the final clearing out of her house after she had relocated to a retirement village. She had been very stressed about the whole situation and was extremely happy that 'So Sorted' handled the whole thing for her with such efficiency and professionalism. Kirsten added that extra touch by showing real compassion and taking the time to interact with her personally. She treated her with sensitivity and kindness. Thanks so much, Kirsten! I would recommend you and your team to anyone who needs to move, downsize, de-clutter or simply re-arrange their homes or offices.

Cannot recommend Kirsten and her team enough ! Kirsten is super efficient and goes the extra mile to assist. After living in my home for 45 years and having to go smaller, they took over, decluttered, sorted, labelled, moved us and took the stress away !
