I mean...go here if you HAVE to...But be prepared for a very long wait. The staff has to fill out more paperwork than a darned politician...which ends up turning a simple 10 minute visit into an hour.You don't just pop in here...you best come prepared with time and patience as well as a sense of humor cause the staff are probably driven mad by the monotony...

It's been more than 8 weeks for this store to sort out my contract account, all I'm getting from them is a we will sort it out, pathetic service, will stop paying my account, maybe then they will take me seriously.

Nice store, friendly staff. Just be aware phone repairs may take longer than the estimated time, as your phone may need to be couriered elsewhere for work. Mine took about 2 weeks rather than the estimated 3 days.
