Had an appt in place to discuss the commissioning on a tribunk.Receive an email literally less than 10 min prior to the appt that was booked 2 days before, that he can’t make it as he’s got too much work.He takes the liberty to say that he has an idea of what I want, and will quote across few timbers…. ?!The purpose of the meeting was to discuss what I wanted. What is bespoke furniture then….?The website mentions sticking to timings etc. The irony, when a time to discuss potential timings on a project isn’t honoured.
