Waited 2 weeks after several calls/wattsapp communications.... 2 weeks later I still haven't had a technician. Wonder what the after sales service is like?

I have spoken to the owner of samtronix- devan who was able to assist me and offer good advice on a tv fault that is not under his scope of work. The unit was able to be assessed by qualified technicians at my residence or with the offer to be dropped off at their office. Will consider this business for any faults in either ac, fridge or washer repair in the future.

What can I say...I phoned Devon, he sounded reliable, but oh man I am soo very disappointed in him. He promised to come out to fix my fridge, but he didnt show up. I will never consider him again and I will advise everybody else to not consider him either. He is so unprofessional, so unreliable... HE A LIAR!! I think the good reviews here r all fake! NEVER AGAIN! Thank God I had an extra fridge
