Every single time I have been to this store, they have no stock of at least one item I am looking for. Typically, stock levels are low at best and I have to wonder about the stock management policy, given items on special are often quickly sold out, while other items sit on the shelves, possibly in unnecessary quantities. One positive is that staff are usually helpful and quite friendly.

Very unpleasant experience.Cashier scanned some items twice and other items scanned the incorrect price. All of this was almost R200.After waiting 20 minutes, which included having a cashier and manager not understanding the process to refund me and also taking in their native language in front of me, I eventually got the refund with no apology. When shopping here, always check your slip.

I do not shop here regularly as it is not the shop nearest to my house. But when I do it is always a good experience. They are constantly filling up the stock while you are there which is a good sign. The variety of items is also big, I nearly always find everything which I need.

Love this Woolies! Small, but well stocked and the staff are friendly and eager to help. I was searching for something and 3 of the staff members quickly helped me to get it and even double checked that I got the perfect one without me asking. The lady at the cashier even informed me about a special when she saw that I was buying a large sized item that was actually on special when you buy 2 smaller ones.The parking here is also very convenient!

Small food Woolworths. Unfortunately they do not always keep their fresh produce well stocked during the week, they get their stock for over the weekends, I was told. Also make sure to check expiration dates, I have found that fresh produce are sometimes about to expire. On Saturday evening I arrived and they closed doors at 18h30 and would not let me in, even if the store window clearly says Monday to Saturday till 20h00 .

Not sure what went wrong. Arrogant staff, empty shelves. Spent R3000 and could not even get plastic bags to carry groceries. Will never see me or my money again. Best to be avoided. Rather drive to the next shop.

This is the best Store around. Friendly people, always assisting, nothing too much for the people working there. Unfortunately, one or two people feel nothing for you. Actually making good work, sometimes causing some negative connotations to the store.
