Great customer service, which comes in handy when you are worried about your vehicle and not in a good space. Booked an appointment for an assessment within a day, which was carried out very professionally with everything being explained to me.

They did all the strip and assembly and perfect paint work all in 1 week. Not once was any of my phone calls to much to handle. Everything was right on time, after a very bad expierience they took my car in, qoute was send as promised . The front part was open as it was stripped already, they gave my vehicle space inside the workshop and started immediatly. We supplied all original parts. I can not express how greatfull i am in the way these people specifically Braam and all staff members which absolutely handled this situation from day one as if i am his only client. Braam i know you have so much on your plate, a big huge huge THANK YOU. Auto Magic and team are the best! You will not regret using them. From nowi will only use Auto Magic Menlyn.

So far, friendly staff. Iv just left my car for repairs and cnt wait to see how it turns out.My baby is back and looking brand new. They did an amazing job. They can do better with their car wash, the white marks from the paint job was everywhere.

Reception staff poor. However, Jaco makes up for it with his enthusiasm and professionalism. Quality of the work is good.

Very dishonest company. I liaised with the front desk ladies and Jaco. My car was with them for almost a month, because they could not get parts". I had to receive my car without these parts and was advised to "not drive through puddles" because the engen is open etc. I managed to get the parts myself in one day and it has been another few months to get refunded by Automagic. Their story keep on changing

I dont understand how you workFirstly from my understanding is a claim through insurance must be received and client contacted for bringing in the vehicle for assessment and feedback on what needs to be fixed. Then paper trail that indicates what is being repaired on vehicle and thus showing me excess payment.No emails sent or info. Your receiption lady is utterly rude and frankly my experience with you thus far has been very poor.

My car was involved in an accident and was taken to Auto Magic for repairs. They clearly explained the repair process to me. They regularly communicated with me regarding the progress of the repairs. Upon collection, Richard clearly explained the work that they did. I'm thoroughly impressed with their services. I highly recommend them. Thank you Richard and team for the stellar job.

Went there to get a quote on my vehicle today. Got the feeling they don't need any business. Assessor on course and not available. What a jike.

Very Bad Service will never use them ever again. Front Receptionist is a Big and Demanding Racist and very Rude.
