Very nice view and scenery, never thought will be that close to the animals. The tent is luxury, have everything that we need, staffs are nice and really accomodating, food are great. Nothing to complain about. Def will recommend to our friends. Worth the money

I only wish I'd booked a third night. Stay from start until finish has been brilliant. The owners are very nice. The staff are very attentive and we were left wanting for nothing. Had dinner one of the evenings and fired up the BBQ the 2nd night. Breakfast was top notch. Really enjoyed the game drive (JP very knowledgeable). The tents are kitted out to the last. Highly recommend this place and hopefully someday will return from Ireland to visit ☘️☘️

We have loved everything about our stay here at Hartenbos Private Game Lodge. The whole lodge is organized with so much love to detail and the service is outstanding. They prepared vegetarian dishes for me and considered all our 'extra requests' (e.g. prepared a beautiful birthday-table with flowers, sweets etc. for me). The staff members are just great!I really liked that it has a personal atmosphere due to the fact that only around 20-30 guests can be accommodated. The Luxury tents are outstanding - so cozy and comfy, I've never been to something like this before. It definitely puts glamping to the next level! :)For the meals and also just for relaxing, they have a beautiful terrace with an amazing view on the reserve. We also booked 2 Game Drives, one in the afternoon and one morning-tour and both were absolutely great. The tour guide is very passionate about the reserve and he shared many valuable insights about the nature, the animals, the whole structures behind creating such a reserve etc.I really could add so many more information to this review, but to make it short: 100% recommendable and I'd definitely go there again.

We stayed for two night in Hartenbos Private Game Lodge, it was pleasant experience the crew/owners are very kind and would help you at all time.The room: Very clean and tidyThe Staff: They are really helpfull and frinedlyThe game drive: were able to see 2 of the big 5 (rhino and giraffe) the guide GB was well aware about the animals and the enviorement.The road: you have to drive slowly as it's a long bummpy road and will get muddy during the rain. I can only recommend this accommodation/resort. I was there in April and visited this wonderful lodge with my family. From the beginning I was really well looked after by this family business, no wishes were left unfulfilled. I can only recommend everyone to go on holiday there. Thank you for the great time. Stevens
