Most disrespectful staff ever. I walk to the entrance 15 minutes before they close. The staff member slams the door in my face and pretends I don't exist. Absolutely shocked and disappointed. I will never ever support West Pack again, and I will make sure all the people I know, don't either.Truly a disappointed customer.

Staff kept directing me from counter to counter when I popped in to buy balloons. When I asked if they could be filled with helium the attendant made a face and when I asked if there was a problem she said she was tired. The only ribbon choices they had were pink and green for yellow balloons. I seriously will try a different branch as this one’s customer service is not up to scratch.

I'm a man of focus, commitment and sheer will. The staff went out their way to find what I needed. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Store was well maintained. I even bought a pencil. Great store.

Lovely big store, beautiful variety & friendly staff however I have been there multiple times and it’s so frustrating to see that at least 20-30% of their items do not have prices. It makes it quite irritating to shop there as you have to guess or ask every 2 minutes what the prices are.

I'm not happy with the service they gave me in the store they stole my money when I asked them to send it back to my card they told me no, it's not in their policy to refund so when I asked them is it my fault that you charged me twice for one item and defarent prices R89.90 and R54.90 I ended up leaving the store without my money this happened today in waterfall.
