Took my 3 month old boy for hydrotherapy and a massage today. What a wonderful experience! The spa is tranquil and you relax the moment you walk in. Charlotte is amazing, she was so calm and expertly handled little Aiden. She made him feel comfortable within seconds and he absolutely enjoyed the water instantly, I am convinced it was her calm demener that made him feel safe to play and explore in the water. This is a great way to get Aiden to be happy in the water and will definitely benefit him when he starts to swim.After the water play Charlotte offered two options. She could massage Aiden, or she could teach me to massage him. I opted for the latter and I'm so glad I did! Going to massage him at home now, giving us a wonderful opportunity to bond.The spa is well run, the owner, Jane also popped in to welcome us. I highly recommend that all moms give their babies this experience, you will absolutely love it, I promise.Thank you ladies, Aiden and I can't wait for our next session.

where is the - 5 stars?Writing my review again as google does not allow you to respond after the owner has responded and the owner responded incorrectly to a few points.The spa closed at the end of Aug 2022 apparently for renovations ( or changes, same thing Jane). The fact is that we were told the business would be closed for 6 weeks and we were never updated during those 6 weeks regarding any delays. Also, we took the package 2 weeks before we were told the spa would be closed. Jane mentioned we were told not to take the package, that is a lie. First of all, how would Jane even know as she as the owner was never present. Also when we were told of the closure, 6 weeks didn’t seem too bad at that time. So, Jane please get your facts right before you try to post lies just to cover yourself to the public. Regarding the refund, wow Im actually glad you brought that up. We never ever requested a refund because we were always hopeful the spa would reopen and be able to provide the service. You were forced to offer the refund because you could not provide any service, understand? You suggested it and you gave the refund. In fact, you owe me more than the refund for wasting my time and petrol on 3 occasions (including taking leave on a certain day that you suggested and then you cancelled on me few hours before) for coming up and down to your place only to find ice cold water. Never mind hampering my child’s development. Then you blame load shedding for the cold water when reopening. That is another lie because from the time we started in July right up until you closed there was constant load shedding and there was never a time where the water was cold. Before the closure, the spa was run by Charlotte and was run excellently. During the closed period communication was poor by the owner and they used to ignore messages. They eventually opened 12 weeks later, and this long period disturbed by child’s progress. During the closed period I even requested to borrow a float from them (they owed me a lot if money as I paid for 10sessions before they informed me about the closure) however they refused to lend me the float. Upon reopening the water was cold. Their service completely changed since reopening, the owner was initially around, the heating issues persisted, but then the owner left the country. Very unprofessional and I highly dont recommend. Since Charlotte left, this spa has gone down. Jane also doesn't know how to run a business. All they can offer is apologies. Rather close shop if you don’t know how to treat clients. And please stop trying to lie to cover your mess ups

Took my baby and toddler for hydrotherapy and massages. Was definitely impressed by everything. Clean place, the lady's very welcoming and so good with babies. I highly recommend this place
