Find out from head office that the Kimberley branch had 2 replacement parts I needed for my verimark product. Day 1 the person working there wasn't to excited to help me and told me that they didn't have stock, after telling him that HO told me there WAS stock he checked the storeroom and found 1 of the 2 parts I was looking for. I decided to take the 1 part and avoid an argument, BUT the system was offline, I had to come back later, later the system was still down. Went back the next day, and there was another staff member who had no idea what part I was looking for, I had to show him on the product what I was looking for, just for him to tell me that they do not have it. Luckily my eye found the part still laying at the paypoint, and I was able to get 1 of the 2 parts available. Verimark you should honestly investigate your staff's comittment to your products and customer care. They are costing you money.

Shop neat but staff was more concerned about their cellphones than the clients
