In dire need of renovationsOnly the outside is niceKitchen and balcony is so tiny, cramped and uncomfortable, old floors, bathrooms, kitchen, too small for 6 people at a time! Very little cupboard space. Pots were ancient, very old fridge which wasn't cold enough, no cutting knives, horrible conditions!Apart from the load shedding, we didn't have water from 8am on Wednesday, until Thursday 12pm, we leftStaff were wonderful, very helpful and understandingWater was provided but not enough for 6 peopleWill never go there again

Very bad the worst hotel I haver been in my life, no water on the showers, its a very old building needed repairing, and paied alot for it. I strongly wouldn't recommend. Not even one star to rat it.

Accommodation really not up to par considering Club Hacienda is only R 100 p day more and in a totally different class.

Nice place for group tours or family.Pool and next to the beach Friendly staff,good food, especially their buffet and the variety for breakfast.

Service is terrible, rooms don't get serviced on time, fans and lights are left switched 3 weeks after holiday makers have left. Kapenta Bay Resort is just another white elephant, that is going to be delapidated soon

Standard has dropped drastically, it is no longer beautiful. Grass is not cut, passages are filthy.

Very small, old and stuffy not worth it, hallways are dingy do not recommend this property stayed at no 12 . First time stayed at this place. NOT AGAIN
