Best to phone an hour before to order your food.If you go to the counter, people that comes after you gets their food first, and then it takes an half-hour to get food, if you lucky!!!Staff is not friendly, when asking a question, they will simply ignore you!!

This is honestly the worst Chicken Licken to order anything from. They ALWAYS get your order wrong, they also don’t double check orders so most times you leave with something missing. The place is dirty and the service is terrible. 1/10 would not recommend.

Dirty shop, staff ask u to repeat order multiple times, no fans/aircon. Full of flies . Staff sweeping while we eating , total disrespectful behavior. Ordered 8 wings , got 7 wings and 1 piece of broken chicken from another piece of chicken .

The chicken was the saltiest I have ever eaten, me and my family couldn't eat it. It was non edible. Called the store and asked to speak to the manager, to complain about the chicken and for my refund, I was told by the manager S.Seluma that there was nothing wrong with their chicken as they don't add salt but spices. So spices don't contain salt. I waisted my money as none of my family members could not eat that chicken. Will never buy there again. BAD CHICKEN AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

You call to order but when you get to the store, you order still is not ready. This made very upset, because I'm on duty at work, and you call for the convenience to quickly collect while on lunch. NEVER AGAIN.
