Plumbfect

Appointments made by the company after my insurance company appointed them. The appointment was not kept. After leak was repaired, they have made three appointments with me, they give the time. I have to take leave off work to be there and the company does not call or show up. Phone them, and there is no answer. Don't make use of them, very unreliable.

Very unprofessional, sets appointment & not keep them - not even the desency to inform u or cancel in advance; the only thing they are good at is making excuses. I waited for +-2 months before they could do the job as a service provider sent by my insurance. I was very dissappointed @ their service & how they treat their clients.

These plumbers were contracted by my insurance company to replace water pipes stolen at my property.Having completed half of the job the week before, I was given a time of 12.30 to give access to the team to complete the job. After 20 minutes waiting for them I rang the office and was instructed 'they are on their way'. I sent a further message and was told 'they are packing up and on their way'. The mug I am I waited until 13.40 (1 hour, 10 mins).Further calls to the office went answered.(It was lunchtime.)At 14.15 I get a call from the office to say the team has arrived and are wanting to access the site. No apology when I explain that this is not acceptable.It seems they don't want to finish the job as the insurance company is now paying me to complete the remaining aspect as they 'are booked up for the next 2 weeks.'

They were appointed by my insurance to do underground water leak detection. Appointment was for between 8 & 9 Friday. 9h20 I phoned no answer. Then later got a call they ran out of gas and will only come the Monday. I told him I have to give the municipality the affidavit on Monday. He said ok he will be there later. 15h45 I phoned them again. Lady said the guy is on his way. I told her they could have phoned and told me. She said her child was in hospital. I told her we all have personal issues. If you run a business you make sure you keep your customers informed. She then yells at me that she won't take this from me and I'm disrespecting her child. She then puts the phone down. Unprofessional and very rude. They have quite a few bad helo peter reviews as well. I informed the insurance of this and I will be following up with them to get them of the list of suppliers.
