We ordered a black men's cut 3 piece suit. We went to the fitting and it was too tight. Pulling across the waist and collar lifting. The waistcoat was also far too short and didnt serve its purpose at all.Rather than agreeing to adjust they were arrogant and defensive. They said that the suit was slim fit and that was why it was too tight. They were not interested in what we wanted but tried to avoid changing it by in arrogantly telling us it was what we ordered. When I complained they said I was lying! Very disappointed in their bad attitude and lack of customer service. Going back for another fitting so hoping they sort this out.
