Got to store 3 mins before closing time and door was closed...teller was already cashing up - we called teller to let us in as quick sale but he said sorry. We just wanted to get cat food - was held up in traffic due to severe accident so arrived later than anticipated... Am disappointed at lack of client service at this store...

The staff are very helpful, we buy our doggie food and treats here, they are very well priced. Nice selection and they have lots of toys and doggy clothes, those can get a bit pricey but still nice quality

Montego Adult and Montego Pup pellets packaging is incorrect.The Puppy pallets is large and the adult is small.This must be corrected...I have reported this to the branch Manager for the 2nd time ... and it is still not sorted.
