Skemerberg parkrun
This is quite a tough course - not for PBs (unless it is your regular home course). Most other courses I have run have elevation of between 1 and 4 flights of stairs, as measured by my Garmin device. This one measured 15! Was a great track for my birthday run, though. As always, thank you to the volunteers!

Good parkrun. A very friendly bunch of people are arranging the weekly run at this venue. The course is relatively even but we'll maintained nevertheless. Being on the side of a mountain the views are stunning. The trail is very even with even up and down hills.

Skemerberg parkrun
A MUST DO for all tourists and parkrunners. Please be careful and warm up! 5km starts with a very steep hill, danger for some unwell,unfit people. Then the loops get interesting with fairy garden,dinosaur,hiker signs. What starts with up ,does go down. Anton and Mara are friendly and core team volunteers friendly. Be at the church early and see the sunrise over the Harties mountains. Breath that fresh air, close to JHB

Some challenging bits, but very good atmosphere and friendly community. Very nice place to take your dogs for a walk.
