Service is good, however only one person is working to assist thus making the que to take hours before they assist you. They only take 30 people per day for their pro bono clients.

Attorneys in South Africa get away with unethical behaviour and misconduct because they are well aware that this institution and council is dysfunctional. I lodged a complaint last month, 30 days later still no Acknowledgement, when I called earlier it was a mess, and calls getting cut off. But what bothers me even more is that whenever I follow-up then my attorney will start calling me, meaning somebody inside is sitting on my complaint and informing him of the non-progress.

Excellent service, dropped complaint on a Friday, received confirmation SMS following Monday and complaint was lodged with attorney within 2 weeks (confirmed via email).If you feel a lawyer's service is not up to standard or have any complaint, reach out to the LPC. Not even a day passed and the lawyer settled me with - am I one happy camper; keep up the good week guys!
