Owner explicitly forbids any communication between staff or customers that is not in English. There are 12 official languages in SA, all of which we have the right to communicate with. Remove your policy it is beyond racist and unnecessary!

I wouldn't recommend a place where people aren't supposed to talk in a language they are comfortable in. Thays tribalism

Where do you rate no stars. I am disgusted at how the owner thinks that it's ok to not only not allow staff to speak a language to the clients that makes them comfortable, but to have the audacity to actually ask the client not to speak the language in her spa. They dont deserve to thrive in Africa We have 11 African languages that we are FREE to speak and English if and when we feel. This behaviour would not be allowed or condoned internationally (they've probably never left the borders). Having travelled internationally I can tell you that when Ive travelled to foreign countries they go out of their way to accommodate you for your comfort. #shutitdown
