True Colours Tattoo Studio

This was by far my best tattoo experience (out of the 7 I have had done). I had been planning/dreaming about this particular piece for around 3 years, when contacted True Colours while living in Germany.I had looked endlessly around both Germany and the Netherlands to find someone who I thought could pull off the kind of large, wacky, intricate and colourful anime piece that I was looking for. Thankfully we happened to be coming back to South Africa to visit family at the time, when my wife found Francois on Instagram.All I sent him were a couple of reference images of Deadpool and Vaporeon in the Chibi style, with the request that they be featured in a piece together - and he was off to the races. The masterful artwork that he designed from scratch was more than I could possibly have hoped for.Also the whole team there are just great; super cool people who create a chilled atmospher with great music and funny stories (which really helps when you had 5 hour sessions at a time like I did). I am beyond thrilled, and would reccomend him a million times over to anyone looking to get Tattood in the Cape Town region.

Francois is the king of anime tattoos in Cape Town. I highly recommend.. it's always so enjoyable getting a tattoo done at True Colours. Great people. Great environment. Big ups to Ethan and Dominique for always making me laugh as well. Lol thanks again for all of the amazing memories and tattoos!

If I had not asked about the homecare advice for my ear piercing I don't think I would've gotten it. They only told me after I asked that they sent it via my email address but irrespective I still like to hear it in person. The guy who pierced me was okay. It was my first time getting pierced and I feel like the employees weren't very welcoming or or even tried to make me feel at ease or comfortable. The only nice thing about it is that they accommodate students with there student discounts.

Had my upper lobes and helix pierced with them, and the experience went so well. Staff were professional, supportive and very patient! Also, excellent and thorough info provided on self care for new piercing. Will definitely be back for more!!

I had my first tattoo and nose piercing done by Ethan and it's was amazing everyone was really welcoming and supportive.

Had a full day sesh with Francois and I gotta say he is super friendly and takes your ideas on board.True Colours tattoo studio is a friendly, professional and clean studio.10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will be going back!
