Had a few electricians who screwed up at my home, Electricians-SA were the ones who fixed my circuits and rewiring services at the end of the day.

Promt response to repair and replace electrical outlet and switch and issue of COC.Very friendly and professional in communicating with clients.

I am appalled by the dishonest and unethical service received from Electricians-SA. My mains had tripped yesterday, certain phases of my home where only working. I called Electricians-SA, Jolene from Electricians-SA sent two Technicians. The Technician was able to get my electricity on within 5 minutes of arriving. He then switched the electricity off again, went to his vehicle, made a call to Jolene for over 15 minutes. Jolene then called me saying the entire DB board needs to be replaced at a cost of R12 000, the cheaper option will be R9000 and that her technician will get my electricity temporarily back on at a cost of R2000. I told Jolene I will pay the call out fees and I will get a second opinion. Jolene was extremely rude and aggressive, she then called her technician yelling at him, saying that he should make sure to leave us with no electricity at all. I thereafter called Eskom to have a look & do testing, only to realize that Jolene & her technician had lied, there is nothing wrong with my DB board, the electrical issue was actually outside due to the rain, Eskom was able to resolve this within a few minutes at no cost.

Firstly, the service from the call centre Vanessa was shocking secondly the electrician wanted to cut through the wall to connect to another switch. The cost was R4900 to fix one light and install a new light. And then have a new price which was R400 less. I would not recommend their service.

They couldn't help me with ceiling fan repairs, despite stating on their website that they do, they need to update their website accordingly if they don't want these kinds of complaints from more serious customers.

I want to commend Electrician-SA and their team of electricians for the electrical work they've done at my office. They were very friendly and supportive to my electrical problems and everything was dealt with in a professional, neat and friendly manner. This is the second time I made use of the electrical services of Electricians-SA and while my office is based in Centurion, I took the chance and an electrician were at my office in less than 30 minutes. My office lighting, geyser and gate motors are working perfectly again. Job well done!
