I have bought a very expencive light for the hob in our kitchen here a couple of years ago.Something went wrong and I took it in.They were not interested in even trying to hekp me but rather waved me to the section to see if I would spend another R5000.00 with them.No thank you....

I needed a desk lamp. After trawling all over JHB (Makro has, but tried three in shop and all failed to light up), found that Lighting warehouse not only had in stock, but the variety is staggering. The Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only demonstrated on request but went and fetched a sealed package for me and even carried my goods to till.Will not hesitate recommend this establishment.

My first visit to them. Just looked around because I am planning some renovations at home. Yes I did expect something bigger but I liked what I saw. And yes I think that the staff was a bit distanced but I did say that I was just looking around. Maybe they could have done something more. Will visit them soon when I have decided what I am looking for. It Could be a good shopping experiance.

There was a light displayed that we really wanted. SKU 22233. The salesman said that there was no stock, but only display units. Took out details for the next batch. We returned to find out what date the stock was arriving, but the light on display was missing. Told it was sold??? Why were we not told that we could purchase it??? Now we need to go all the way to Edenvale to fetch another demo unit???
