They have a remote to access my property. Its located inside a box outside my wall. The battery was flat for more than 6months and every time they had to gain access they could not. This was reported 3to4 times before it was sorted out. I pay an extra amount to have the box installed. Outside alarm was also activated in this week and there was a intruder as it can be seen on my cctv system. It took them 20min before someone was on site to check. Problem is its our only option in Kroonstad. I don't make use of Corcomm because they make me or my family feel safe. We make use of them because my insurance requires it.

Worst service ever went to their print shop to get a warning for dogs by my premises and was meant to to get it back after 2 days and only got it after two week of hounding them....absolutely no repsect for their clientele

Great place but they couldn't help us with the gate sensor that we wanted. But they directed us to another shop which was the Paint Shop and also the China Mall and we got what we wanted.Thank you team
